Condo Construction Progress
Safe Roof Inspection
Low Oblique Views Enhance Your Listings

Ground photos are necessary to sell any property or building, but eye-catching aerial views will grab attention and tell more of the story than even the proverbial thousand words.

We add drone photography with our real estate work (interior/exterior) for only a slight upcharge.

INSPECTIONS & PROGRESS REPORTS

Tall buildings or steep roofs can be safely inspected with a close flying drone shooting hi-def photos (or even video) that can be zoomed in to any level.  Construction progress and development photos can save time and money while providing a permanent record of the moment.

SOME MYTHS ABOUT DRONES ...

DANGERS AND HAZARDS

Yes, drones can pose very serious hazards to air traffic and people.  For that reason, laws governing drone flying have become very restrictive in just the last two years.  Penalties for violations are extremely steep.  Other than flying a drone device in designated areas for "recreational" flying, all drone pilots must be licensed as a commercial uAS (drone) pilot and be re-examined every two years.  Flights are quite restricted, especially in the vicinity of airports, prisons, federal offices, etc.  With proper waivers and authorizations, which must be applied for only by certified pilots, most properties can be photographed safely and legally.

As real estate and drone photography specialists, we only use light-weight, technically advanced craft.  This poses extremely little risk while being quiet and unobtrusive when flying in congested neighborhood developments.  Our drones might look like toys, but they are anything but.

PROPERTY OWNERS RIGHTS

"You can't fly here.  This is my property (or the city/town owns this area)."  Not quite true. Airspace, from the grass up, is under the purview of the FAA in the United States.  Existing laws are designed to protect the public and properties from any harm and they are constantly being updated.  As long as a drone is launched from an area that has no restrictions for doing so, once in the air, only FAA laws apply.

PRIVACY

No one wants to be spied on and laws do protect this.  Existing laws prohibit any drone from spying on rooftops or peering into windows without permission.  If we're photographing in your area, we may pass by or over your property but will not be intruding on your privacy by hovering or recording closeup.  Nor can a drone cruise across your property at unreasonably low altitudes.  Simply put, commercial drone pilots understand the serious consequences for violating your privacy and it would be highly unlikely that this would ever occur.
