We offer attractive real estate photos and videos, and dependable, high-quality photographic records of all construction progress. We utilize improved technologies in both video and camera including hi-def Nikon equipment, special wide-angle (10-20mm) Nikkor lenses, and additional remote lighting. HDR photos are standard for featured areas.

Though our history includes airplane and other modes of aerial work, these are seldom required. We fly drones that are well suited for properties in large congested developments - small, quiet and unobtrusive. Video editing is available in post-op and may include music, text or voice.

REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

No need to contract with two photo companies. We do real estate photography, interior and exterior, and now offer complete, 360 degree home tours. Since we specialize in aerial work, we can add drone photography at very reasonable rates. All photos are hi-def, in either JPG or Raw format

PROPERTY OVERVIEWS

Aerial views stand out. The refreshing angles draw peoples attention and aid them in seeing your entire property. Surrounding areas tell more of the story and horizon views can be intriguing, especially if there are ocean views or interesting metropolitan views close by.

INSPECTIONS OR CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

A high or steep pitched roof is far too dangerous for ladder work. Our drone photos get close and are of such hi-definition, can be enlarged for extremely close-up viewing. Insurance companies can work with our photos. Large construction projects can be scheduled for timely and reliable progress reports.

COMMUNITY OR PROMOTIONAL REELS

Whether selling a house, marketing a development or any other business, "reels" are what the videography industry calls your best marketing tool. High quality footage of fly-bys from different angles can be edited into truly appealing media. We can deliver either edited or unedited video.
